Connection, support, and healing from eating and body image struggles.
Healing is scary.
It takes vulnerability and courage to step into the unfamiliar and trust something new. You may not know exactly how it will work, and that’s okay.
One of the most powerful aspects of group therapy is that you don’t have to go through it alone. In group, you can feel seen, understood, and supported by others navigating similar struggles with body image, food, and emotional well-being, while learning new ways of relating to yourself in a safe, supportive space.
